SCHNIGGE Wertpapierhandelsbank SE, as a German financial institution and as a German stock corporation listed on the German exchanges, is subject to wide range of German laws and regulations, as well as supervision by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin). Furthermore, SCHNIGGE must comply not only with German stock corporation law, commercial law and capital markets law but also with its own articles of incorporation (Satzung) and, importantly, with our own declarations under the German Corporate Governance Code.
